Analysis Paralysis might delay your next win!

It is human nature and the nature of organizations to take time and analyze things that do not go well. This is to ensure that there is an understanding on what could have been done differently, and as a result, work towards improving in the future. This is great, if all we do is reflect and then move on.


What sometimes can be a challenge is when we spend too much time analysis and as a result over analyze the situation that we get distracted from continuing to create meaningful brand work. We need to always reflect, analyze and then move forward in our quest of building really great brands. Not every idea will work, but luckily our customers will always give us a very good sense of what they like and what they don’t like.


If the customer does not like something it is great to analyze and come to a resolution, but we need to spend as much time delighting the customer than analyzing the things that did not work well.
