Brand work is probably the most fun work as this is rooted in actively creating work that stands for something. This is not about complying or being under the radar, it’s about your customer (current and potential) knowing without a doubt what it is you stand for. In order to stand for something, you need to allow your brand to be strategically vocal in spaces that really matter.
This is not about saying the right things, because standing for something sometimes is not the right thing to those that are seeing what you stand for. It’s about that synergy internally in knowing what you stand for, actively participating in those conversations and bringing your customers along that journey. The magic is in the clarity, as that then allows for everyone that is working on the brand to bring out that special something to it.
Staff, clients and all suppliers need to know what your brand stands for, and then actively work with you to bring that to life even more.
