Have you ever wondered why some podcasts only have three or four episodes and then call it quits? Or that Youtube channel that your friends were starting that ended up with two to three episodes? It is all a function of not understanding the content creation process as well as we should.

Content creation requires us to focus more on the process of making and improving our content rather than the immediate results that some people chase - whether its engagement, going viral etc. You need to start with the process in mind, which means that to get to the really good stuff, you will have to pass the bad content quite a bit.
