CURIOUSITY LEADS TO CREATIVE OUTPUTS

I like the saying that the more we seek out better or alternative ways of doing things, fueled by our own internal curiosity on how we can make things better, the more likely we are to stumble on really great ideas or outputs. The reality is that it is a constant exercise of working hard to get better, finding ways in which we can find opportunities to improve what is seen as good to be better.
Our work is always good for the time that it is published, as there is always a context of what is happening at that time. The reality is that we can seek better ways to execute what was previously executed, and this will lead to new ideas and creative breakthroughs. A year from today, the great campaign that you did might feel like something done a long time ago and you might even wonder if it was really that good. A year from now, we still need to be improving and learning, and this will ensure that we always find creative outputs.
We must refuse to accept that things are in place and they are functioning as they should, because that can lead us to a path of complacency. Nothing is functioning as it should and it will never function as it should because the rate of change outside is greater than what we are doing inside.
