Word of mouth is always recognized as the best Marketing tool that we can ever wish for. The idea that a customer will experience your product, and then get so much of a great experience that they can’t wait to tell their friends about it. This is a simple truth, that the more your customers have a great experience with your brand, the more likely they will tell their friends without you even asking them to share.


With this knowledge, as Marketers we need to continue to turn on the dial in ensuring that our processes allows us to measure and review the customer experience, in such a way that where we see that we are not offering great service, we immediately address and improve. In order for us to build strong powerful brands, we just need to spend more time listening and understanding the challenges that our customers face, and work hard in solving and finding opportunities to delight them.


Customer service and Marketing should never be separate functions, they are very much linked to hip and need to constantly work together to make the experience better for customers.
