ve great news! As a marketer you have access to a lot of amazing people that you will meet whenever creating some stand out work. It is within our reach to tap in to these amazing networks and actually build ourselves our dream team that will enable us to see further into the horizon and take the work that we do to new heights.

You can do great work internally with the team that you have, or you can do some outstanding work with a combination of freelancers, agency partners etc. You need to look for this opportunity constantly as it will give you something that might not be obvious for you to see. Have we not all heard the saying that sometimes you are too close to the problem to solve it with the simplicity that it needs?

If you want to take your work to new heights, then start looking at all the work that you do and figure out how you can bring in partners to help you take it to new heights. For this to work, you will need to put in place the following;

1. Create a proper framework on how you will deal with freelancers, etc

2. Be strong on your briefs and have clarity, you can only work with partners once you are clear what needs to happen

3. Always remember the basics of marketing, take the time to clearly articulate the strategy!
