Our mind-set can’t be fixed for what will come next

We are currently in an exciting time, where we have now become flexible to how we do work and what work means to us. We have had to adjust to bringing together a lot of minds virtually, to connect to ideas. The has been a massive pace in understanding our own adoption to technology and how we can better serve the customer understanding that there is a new reality.


All the above, needs us to have a growth mind-set to our Marketing efforts. We need to understand that it can’t be business as usual as everything around us is changing. Please note, the fundamentals remain the same but our approach to growth means that we need to seek opportunities to do our marketing better.


Some questions that we should always be asking ourselves are;


1. How has our brand enabled customers to enjoy their customer experience with us?

2. Our people must be going through a lot, how are we enabling them to do their best work?

3. What is our response to the ever changing landscape in marketing and customer experience?

4. How do we continue to grow so that we continually match the expectations of our customers?


It’s been a ride so far and things won’t be getting easier, we need to constantly look for opportunities to improve and get better with the work that we do.
