Congratulations on building what seems like a great document that speaks to your Marketing strategy. Now that this is done, what are the next steps? In simple terms, we need to ensure that we are able to align this internally with the organization, the people in the organization and most importantly show the value to the customer.


This is an important part in the success of strategy as we need to get these alignment pieces correct in order for us to give strategy the potential of success when it comes to the execution. We need to set up our strategy for success by mobilizing all the pieces together in order to bring on execution success. There is a need for us to also have a wider perspective that just not focus solely on our area of focus, but needs to actually see all the parts that are involved in making this a success.


Ways to align strategy internally

· Engage with other key stakeholders internally to demonstrate how the strategy will solve the business challenges and everyone’s role in it.

· It needs to clearly articulate how we are planning to solve the business challenge

· It needs to communicate how the people within the organization can get involved in driving the strategy.
