The Marketer creates great work and aligns everyone.

There is this magical moment that all marketers yearn for, and that is that space where everything works together and the one leads to the other and everybody has a clear sense of where they are going. The reality is that the Marketing team is a big engine, doing a lot of things to build the brands that they work with. At any given time, there are multiple people involved, suppliers, agencies and other departments. Everyone that is involved needs to be constantly aligned with the overall brand strategy in order to work towards bringing this to life than pulling away from it.

What is clear, is that the role of the marketer is not only doing great marketing (which is required) but also something a bit more practical which is ensuring that everyone is brought along in the full journey. At the core, it’s great work, and then alignment both internally and externally.
