We need to cheer on pockets of excellence for overall growth

The one thing that I find always encouraging when it comes to Marketing, is that there is always at any given moment pockets of excellence that comes out. Whether this is through a social media post, or the content that has been prepared. Sometime this is in the way we assist a client who was at the brink of no longer using our product to become a very happy client. All this and more are pockets of excellence and we need to encourage them so that there is more.

How do you get extremely good at Marketing? Well, the truth of the answer is that it is not one thing that you need to get great at but a combination of little things. If we then build the culture of celebrating the pockets of excellence, then we will find that our overall marketing efforts continue to improve as we start looking for more opportunities on having those pockets.
