We need to focus on the process for the results to show up!

At most times, we find ourselves being impressed by the results that we get whenever great work is produced. The is a great feeling when you start to see the fruits of your labour, however, it is always important to work on how we got there than being focused on getting there.

The process (how we do things and show up every day) is much more important. How we work, and the pace at which we work will show up on the type of results that we will be able to achieve. If we spend an unhealthy amount of time fine tuning our working process, then every once in a while we will get lucky and produce outstanding work.

Great results follow great form, and we need to work hard in keeping that form in check.
